Set along the James River in downtown Newport News, the 15-story 28th Street tower offers a unique opportunity to transform a prominent multifamily building into a modern residential destination. Our project will deliver 156 luxury apartments with panoramic river views, complete with modern amenities including a waterfront pool, fitness center, and indoor-outdoor clubroom. New mechanical and electrical systems will be installed throughout, paired with fully renovated interiors featuring in-unit laundry to create a best-in-class living experience in the city's emerging Yard District.
